La Tenuta Flora Maria è un antico casale ristrutturato grazie ad un progetto di “TURISMO RURALE” a pochi km dal mare e dalla costa di Porto Cesareo e da Leverano.
La Tenuta è costituita da una struttura tipica a corte, con un ampio un cortile centrale al quale si affacciano le varie stanze. Le case a corte hanno origini molto antiche e trovano espressione nel modo di abitare e di vivere dei contadini nelle zone rurali del Salento. Un recente restauro, nell’ambito di un progetto relativo al turismo rurale, ha consentito di esaltarne il fascino e lo charme per farvi riscoprire le atmosfere della vita contadina tipica del Salento.
Con le sue rifiniture in carparo, immersa tra la terra rossa, i muretti a secco, i vigneti, gli uliveti e i profumi della macchia mediterranea è un un luogo particolare e riservato.
La Tenuta accoglie i suoi ospiti in un ambiente mediterraneo, raffinato ed elegante oltre che familiare grazie ai proprietari, Angelo e Chiara, che seguono personalmente con attenzione, discrezione e gentilezza tutti gli aspetti del soggiorno per rendere la vacanza nel Salento il più piacevole possibile all’insegna del relax e della privacy.
Soggiornando nella Tenuta Flora Maria si può godere di una vacanza che consente di respirare un’ atmosfera tipicamente mediterranea, grazie alla lussureggiante vegetazione che la circonda. In questo, il profumo della campagna salentina con i suoi vigneti e delle piante che lo adornano (ulivi e palme, pini secolari, pittospori, allori, limoni, melograni, gelsomini, buganvillee, gerani e lantane) si mescolano con la fragranza della fresca brezza marina della vicina e rinomata località turistica di Porto Cesareo con le sue spiagge di sabbia fine e caraibiche ad appena 5 minuti d’auto.
Relax e privacy si coniugano con piacevoli luoghi di ritrovo fruibili dagli ospiti, come il porticato in legno attrezzato per ogni camera da tavoli e sedie e la grande sala colazione che si affaccia sull’ampia corte arredata con divani, che sono stati concepiti come momenti da godere in assoluta tranquillità e relax.
Nella sala della corte si organizzano delle cene tipiche salentine con prodotti dell’azienda o locali freschi in un ambiente familiare a volte allietate da gruppi folkloristici di pizzica.
Gli ospiti della Tenuta, oltre alle esclusive spiagge della costa Cesarina, potranno degustare i vini e l’olio delle rinomate cantine ed oleifici della vicina e ridente cittadina agricola di Leverano con un interessate centro storico o visitare le bellezze architettoniche di cui la Provincia di Lecce è ricca, Lecce la città Barocca a soli 15 km, Copertino a circa 6 km con il suo centro storico e l’imponente Castello Federiciano, Gallipoli a soli 27 km e poi l’antica Otranto sulla Costa adriatica a circa 45 km, oppure decidere di rilassarsi nel giardino in cui la Tenuta è immersa.
La Tenuta Flora Maria consta di 3 splendidi appartamenti e 6 camere che si sviluppano armonicamente con la natura circostante, curate nei dettagli e nel design, rifinite con materiali, tessuti e luci che creano un atmosfera elegante e sobria, pensati per garantire un riposo ideale ed il massimo comfort.
In tal modo, la struttura offre ai propri ospiti la possibilità di sistemarsi in camere con la formula di B&B e allo stesso tempo la libertà e la tranquillità di un piccolo appartamento immerso nel verde, nella quale la vacanza è vissuta appieno come contatto con la natura e l’aria aperta.
Lo stupendo scenario del vigneto annesso alla struttura, infine, fa da cornice alle camere ed appartamenti, regalando agli ospiti panorami tipici salentini.

Tenuta Maria Flora is an old farmhouse renovated thanks to a project “RURAL TOURISM” a few kilometers from the sea and the coast of Porto Cesareo and Leven.
